1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 yellow pepper
300 gr. DODONI feta
salt & pepper
Cut the sausages in half lengthwise. Cut the peppers into strips.
Put a pan in high heat and put the sausages. Cook for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Put the peppers in a pan with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and saute until tender and g lightly browned.
Cut the baguette into three pieces and cut open lengthwise. Fill with the peppers, feta cheese and sausage and serve open or closed.
